Stacey Hawley is a leading compensation consultant, career coach, and author. She has spent over two decades developing solutions that allowed others to develop and nurture their careers.

As a published author, speaker and career coach, she leverages her background as a compensation expert to help her clients understand the compensation process and how to negotiate the best offer.

Throughout her 20+ years as a consultant, Stacey has acted as a Board advisor, career coach and salary and compensation expert. After graduating from Cornell University’s Industrial and Labor Relations Program, Stacey launched her consulting career with the leading global HR consulting firm – Willis Towers Watson – in their world-renowned compensation practice where she advised F50 companies to high profile nonprofit organizations.

In addition to these companies, Stacey still consults with various small and mid-cap firms and not-for profit organizations. To complement her education, Stacey received her MBA from the University of Maryland’s Robert H. Smith School of Business while working full time at Towers Watson.

During her consulting career, she has served clients in a variety of industries – from Fortune 50 to pre-IPO’s – at all stages of growth. Stacey’s work in compensation includes an array of compensation projects: compensation analyses, base salary structure design, base salary management and administration, annual and long-term incentive design, job evaluation, performance management, career development, Board of Directors’ pay, severance, retention, and change-in-control issues and CEO and Board of Director performance evaluations.

Her passion for helping individuals earn more money blossomed while at Towers. Stacey partnered with successful HR and business executives from all over the world, observing how they developed and nurtured their own careers, including their compensation. In 2011, she launched her own business to pursue her passions for helping individuals succeed professionally. She leverages her unique background to provide compensation and workforce transition consulting services to various consulting firms throughout the country.

Stacey has written a book exclusively for women on how to maximize their compensation.
